Refund policy
This policy stipulates the conditions for refunds of the price (hereinafter simply referred to as "price") for products and services sold or provided by our company.
(Refund conditions)
1. Our company will refund the received price to customers only in the following cases.
1. When the sale or provision of products or services is not made or is significantly delayed due to reasons attributable to our company
2. When our company determines that all or part of the products or services are damaged or defective
3. When our company specifically approves the refund of the price in addition to the cases stipulated in the preceding items
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, our company shall not be obligated to refund the price in any of the following cases. However, this does not apply if our company specifically approves the refund of the price pursuant to item 3 of the preceding paragraph.
1. When the sale or provision of products or services to the customer is not made or is significantly delayed due to reasons attributable to the customer (including, but not limited to, when information necessary for the sale or provision of products or services is not provided, and when the customer does not provide cooperation necessary for the sale or provision of products or services).
2. When damage or defects occur in all or part of the products or services due to reasons attributable to the customer.
3. When the customer has already started using the products or services.
(Application for refund)
1. If the customer wishes to receive a refund, the customer must apply for a refund to the company using a method separately specified by the company. The customer must pay all costs required for this application (including communication costs, postage costs, and other costs).
2. When the company receives the application under the preceding paragraph, the company will promptly review the application to determine whether or not to refund the price, and when the review is completed, the company will notify the customer of the review results using a method specified by the company.
(Method and timing of refund)
1. When refunding the price, we will refund the price by a method separately specified by us. The costs required for refund (including bank transfer fees, etc.) will be borne by us.
2. The timing of the refund based on the preceding paragraph will be separately specified by us.
(Return of goods, etc.)
1. When receiving a refund, the customer must bring or send the received goods to the place specified by us by a method separately specified by us by the time separately specified by us. However, this does not apply if the company specifically approves it.
2. When receiving a refund, the customer must immediately stop using the provided service or restore the provided service to its original state by the time separately specified by us. However, this does not apply if the company specifically approves it.
3. The costs required for bringing or sending the goods and restoring the services to their original state as specified in the preceding two paragraphs (including transportation costs, bank transfer fees, etc.) will be borne by the customer. However, this does not apply if the company specifically approves it.
(Exclusions)
1. When our company conducts mail order sales, the provisions regarding cooling off in the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (hereinafter referred to as the "Specified Commercial Transactions Act") do not apply.
2. Except as otherwise specified in this policy, customers may not withdraw or terminate their applications for contracts regarding the sale or provision of products or services (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), and the main text of Article 15-3, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions shall not apply to this Agreement.
(Relationship with the Terms of Use)
1. This policy shall be considered a part of the Terms of Use, and the provisions of the Terms of Use shall apply to matters not specified in this policy.
2. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this policy and the provisions of the Terms of Use, the provisions of this policy shall take precedence.
